Very Berry Vegan Dessert Pizza
This colourful dessert pizza is a feast for the eyes AND it's completely vegan! We used a dairy-free hazelnut spread to create this show-stopping dessert that tastes just as good as it looks.
- Il Uno Artisan 12" Beetroot Vegetable Pizza Base
- Vegan Hazelnut Spread - 1/2 cup
- Blueberries - 40g/1/3 cup
- Raspberries - 40g/1/3 cup
- Flaked Almonds - 5g/1 tablespoon
- Fresh Mint - 1 tablespoon
Bake your beetroot pizza base and allow to cool slightly before topping. Evenly spread your dairy-free hazelnut spread over the base and scatter raspberries and blueberries (you can use whatever fresh berries you have on hand that are in season). Finish with flaked almonds for contrast and fresh mint leaves.

- Il Uno Artisan 9” Plain Pizza Base
- Hazelnut Spread - 1/3 cup
- Vanilla Frosting - 2 tablespoons
- Maltesers - 20g/2 tablespoons
- White Chocolate - 20g/1/4 cup
- Original Oreos - 20g/1/4 cup
- Chocolate Syrup - 15g/1 tablespoon
Bake your plain base and allow to cool before topping. Evenly spread the hazelnut spread over the base and then add three dollops of vanilla frosting. Use a toothpick in circular motions to create a marble effect, then top your pizza with the Maltesers, white chocolate, Oreo pieces, and finally drizzle chocolate syrup in a zigzag motion.
Strawberry Haze Dessert Pizza
Chocolate and strawberries make for a match made in heaven, so of course, we wanted to put them on pizza! This one is super simple and can be topped in seconds.
- Il Uno Artisan 9” Plain Pizza Base
- Hazelnut Spread - 1/3 cup
- Strawberries - 40g/1/2 cup
- Flaked Almonds - 5g/1 tablespoon
- Chocolate Syrup - 15g/1 tablespoon
Bake your base and allow to cool slightly before topping. Evenly spread the hazelnut spread over the base, then scatter sliced strawberries and flaked almonds, and finish with a drizzle of chocolate syrup in a zigzag motion!
Gimme S'more Dessert Pizza
S'mores on a pizza - what more colour you want? This gooey, indulgent pizza recipe uses just 4 toppings, we've used Hoppe Caramelised Belgian Biscuits, but you can substitute them for any biscuits you have on hand!
- Il Uno Artisan 9” Plain Pizza Base
- Hazelnut Spread - 1/3 cup
- Mini Marshmallows - 50g/1/2 cup
- Crumbled Hoppe Biscuits - 20g/Approx 3 biscuits
- Chocolate Syrup - 15g/1 tablespoon
Bake your pizza base and allow to cool before topping with your hazelnut spread. scatter your mini marshmallows over the base, and then either bake for a further 30 seconds in your Il Uno Express Oven, or use a blow torch to lightly brown and melt the marshmallows. Finish with a scattering of crumbled biscuits and a drizzling of chocolate syrup!
